Do I need an account to use Krealo QR?
Not for a simple QR code: the generator on the home page makes a static PNG QR code with no account, but it is not tracked and its destination can never change. To create short links, count scans and keep your codes, you need a free account: Google, Apple or a magic link by email, with no password.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, it is free forever and needs no credit card. It includes up to 10 active links, black-and-white QR codes and PNG download.
How much does Pro cost?
US$5.99 a month or US$39.99 a year (just US$3.33 a month), plus taxes. You pay through PayPal and can cancel at any time.
What is a dynamic QR code?
It is a QR code whose destination can change while the code stays the same. It points to a Krealo QR short link, and with Pro you edit the target address from your account.
Do you store my visitors’ IP addresses?
For each scan of a short link we record the date and time, country, device type, operating system, browser, browser language, referrer domain and source (QR code or link), kept for one year. No IP address is stored: unique visitors are counted with a one-way fingerprint that changes every day and is deleted after 2 days.
